It's currently 57F outside and I drove my '61 Corvair. Ain't a big deal. :)

I just love the oddness of seeing a classic being used in day to day duties. Beats seeing them trailered to a car show, or only driven on sunny weekends.

yes it is, you can feel the difference, its like if you had a cold air intake, i feel more throttle response on my mustang, is your car an automatic?

i know some people put the 5.0 coyote on to a classic mustang to drive every day to keep off from breakdowns, but id still be a little worried on the safety. when you drive ona sunday there is less traffic.

I'm planning on a LS or LT1 swap in the 2nd gen Trans Am I plan on getting someday, just to make it more streetable, and DDable.
But yeah, if it were 30 minutes later, I wouldn't want to be on that highway with a classic car. Rush hour is nuts.

To answer your question. My wife would not drive a '69 Camaro to work at 6AM on a ~50 degree day. She would definately not go to work, she would be out driving though.
